‍ The region in which i live, northumberland county, is simply jammed with artists. painters, designers of all stripes, ceramic artists, jewelry makers, wood turners .. the list goes on and on. It’s quite the gift, really. on September 12 and 13, 2026, the doors on studios all through the area will once again be thrown open with the northumberland hills studio tour. this year’s line up includes 39 artists at 27 locations. wow! and yes, i am fortunate to again be among them. stop by to see me at 81 3/4 pine street, port hope, where i’ll pair up with brenda sullivan at dragon clay design.
